Cartier is seeking an International MCC Data & Analytics Manager to lead data strategy, governance, and analytics delivery across client, product, communication, and media data domains. You will oversee GCP-based data integration, Looker reporting, and AI/Gen AI use cases, while shepherding a cross-functional analytics team and collaborating with Cartier's data office.

The role demands a decade of data leadership, deep GCP experience, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, BI, analytics, or data solution roles.
• 3+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Composer/Airflow).
• SQL and Python proficiency; knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data governance.

Responsabilités

• Data Strategy & Roadmap: define and articulate a clear vision and strategic roadmap for data and analytics initiatives within MCC domains.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data assets and analytics to solve business challenges and create competitive advantage.
• Establish an inventory of dashboards and reduce fragmentation across MCC.
• Define a unified data analytics ecosystem to improve efficiency and maintenance.
• Oversee data integration design and development in GCP, managing external Data Engineer.
• Lead development of reports, dashboards, and visuals using Looker for timely stakeholder delivery.
• Manage MCC data catalog, harmonize KPIs, and align with Cartier data office.
• Pilot AI/ML initiatives and collaborate with Data Office, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Present findings and progress to senior leadership.
