Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a hands‑on cloud security leader to secure our Data Platform on Google Cloud and the Agentic AI Platform. You will design security‑by‑design services, lead a team, and drive guardrails across the Group’s Zones, Métiers and Divisions.

You will bring 7+ years in cloud security, deep GCP knowledge, and a track record in mentoring teams, with certifications such as PCSE, CISSP or CISM as a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud security or security engineering.
• Experience leading a technical team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong hands-on skills in GCP and Python; IAM, VPC-SC, and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the security team; align with stakeholders across Zones, Métiers and Divisions.
• Design and enforce GCP access controls; ensure least privilege across resources.
• Embed security into the Data Platform lifecycle and enterprise security architecture standards.
