MANITOU Group seeks a Data eXperience Director to own the data strategy, governance, and platform architecture, delivering the data vision for the next five years across a global organization.

You will manage 3 international teams totaling ~25 staff, drive the Data Roadmap, ensure data security with the CISO, and collaborate with IT&D and business units to foster a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equiv. in Computer Science, Data, AI, Information Systems.
• 10+ years in data leadership roles (CDO/Head of Data) in large, international groups.
• Proven ability to define and drive a data vision at organizational scale.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive Data strategy, governance, and platform architecture across the group.
• Lead 3 international teams (~25 staff) and external providers to deliver data services.
• Communicate value of data to executives and champion data-driven culture.
