Richemont Iberia SL in Paris seeks an International MCC Data & Analytics Manager to lead data strategy across Marketing, Client Data and Communications domains, driving centralized governance and AI-enabled analytics.

You will oversee GCP-based data platforms, Looker dashboards, and a team of external engineers, partnering with Cartier's data office to ensure coherence, governance and impactful insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (CS, Data Science, Eng, Stats, Math, Business Analytics).
• 10+ years in data engineering, BI, analytics, or data solution roles.
• 3+ years in leadership or management roles leading data/analytics teams.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency; familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

Responsabilités

• Define a clear data strategy and roadmap aligned with Cartier group priorities.
• Oversee design, integration and governance of data platforms in GCP and Looker dashboards.
• Lead Gen AI use cases and predictive modelling to optimize investments and decisions.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate findings to senior leadership.
