You will review alerts, conduct investigations, and prepare assessments for escalation to Compliance and Operational Risk, ensuring timely disposition of risks in line with regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities include collaboration with offshore teams, trend monitoring, and maintaining auditable records while staying informed on regulatory developments and best practices in market

Qualifications

• Several years experience in a similar role.
• French language proficiency is mandatory for this role.

Responsabilités

• Review escalated trade surveillance alerts to determine market abuse or risk.
• Conduct investigations of trading activity and market events for misconduct.
• Prepare written assessments and summaries for escalation to Global Markets Compliance and COR.
• Provide independent challenge to alert dispositions and ensure policy compliance.
• Escalate significant surveillance concerns to senior surveillance management and COR.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to provide guidance on surveillance processes.
