Job summary

WPP Media Limited seeks a Performance Manager for the LuxuryClient Team to help plan, execute, and optimize global digital acquisition campaigns across luxury clients. You will collaborate with international teams to ensure brand-aligned strategies and sustained performance across channels.

With 3–5 years in media planning and a strong performance marketing background, you will analyze data, share insights, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in media planning and buying with emphasis on performance marketing
• International exposure is highly desirable
• Fluency in French and business proficiency in English
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for campaign performance
• Excellent project management and collaboration across global teams
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

Responsibilities

• Global Campaign Support: plan, coordinate and execute digital always-on acquisition campaigns across multiple international markets in line with global strategy and brand guidelines.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: analyze campaign performance and share insights to maximize ROI.
• Cross-Market Collaboration: liaise with local market teams to exchange insights and best practices.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: support adherence to global performance marketing guidelines.
• Market Intelligence: stay updated on international media trends and platform changes; share implications with teams.
