Job summary

WPP Media Limited in Paris seeks a Performance & Analytics Manager – Europe to join our client-focused team. You will help plan, execute, and optimize European digital acquisition campaigns and analyze cross-media results for our luxury-sector client.

The role requires strategic thinking, advanced analytics, and collaborative skills to evaluate multi-channel performance, ensure brand consistency, and share knowledge across international teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in media planning, buying, and cross-media analytics in European markets.
• French fluency essential; business English proficiency.
• Experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Programmatic.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and strategic communication skills.
• Project management for multiple European campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional digital acquisition campaigns in Europe.
• Lead cross-media analytics and performance reporting across campaigns.
• Collaborate with local market teams to share insights.
• Ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and governance.
• Stay informed on GDPR and regulatory changes affecting marketing.
