Job summary

LVMH in Paris is seeking a High End Clienteling Project Manager to define and implement international strategy for expanding the High-End client base. You will work across business, analytics and customer experience to maximize performance and ensure excellence in service worldwide.

Based in Paris, you will coordinate with Global, Regional and Local teams to drive activations, events and exclusive experiences while leading cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury client development or high-end client relations.
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities; able to operate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Define High-End commercial objectives and KPIs with regions and units.
• Lead international events and client activations, including VIP experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and share best practices globally.
