In this role, you will deliver exceptional shopping experiences through high-end client service and expertise in the jewellery collections. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, acting as a brand ambassador, and ensuring compliance with visual standards. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, has a proven background in jewellery sales, and excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a department store is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
• Proven experience in jewellery sales, focusing on clienteling and CRM.
• Able to adapt to change and perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships.
• Previous experience in a department store is a plus.
