Job summary

Ficofi in Bordeaux is seeking an Operations Excellence & Systems Manager to keep the physical flows efficient while redesigning processes and ERP usage. You will own end-to-end shipments and map core processes, enabling automation with AI tools to improve efficiency.

Collaborating with IT and site teams, you will standardize freight cost controls and expand international lanes, guiding teams through change and adoption.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in supply chain, logistics or operations.
• Hands-on WMS experience and warehouse flows knowledge.
• At least one full ERP implementation (BC/Dynamics/SAP/NetSuite/Odoo).
• Proven process redesign with measurable improvements.
• Fluent English for vendor and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain execution, including international shipments.
• Map and redesign core flows; drive ERP/AI-enabled improvements.
• Capture ERP requirements, write user stories, and support UAT.
• Lead carrier selection, RFQ processes, and freight cost control.
• Support WMS–ERP interfaces and deployment across sites.
