Vestiairecollective is offering a 6-month full-time internship starting in January 2027 based in Paris. The successful trainee will be integrated into the Legal Department, dealing with various legal issues and contract management.

Ideal candidates are postgraduate students in IP/IT, Business Law, or International Law, fluent in English, and possess strong legal research and communication skills. This internship offers purpose-driven work, competitive compensation, and a chance to work in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate student in IP/IT, Business Law or International Law (Master 2 and/or DJCE).
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Mastery of the Pack Office and legal databases.
• First experience in a company or law firm is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform legal research and analysis on various issues.
• Monitor legal and jurisprudential developments.
• Draft and negotiate contracts of all kinds.
• Manage trademarks and domain names.
• Oversee different sets of terms and conditions.
• Follow up on pre-litigation and litigation matters.
