Vestiaire Collective, founded in Paris, invites a 6-month full-time legal internship starting July 2026. Based in Paris, you will join the Legal Department and support global subsidiaries. A hybrid work model applies with two remote days per week.

You are a postgraduate student in IP/IT, Business Law or International Law, with fluent English and strong communication. Proficiency in MS Office and legal databases is required; internship agreement is mandatory.

• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Mastery of Pack Office and legal databases.
• First experience in a company or law firm is desirable.
• Internship agreement required.

Responsabilités

• Perform legal research and analysis on issues (IP, anti-counterfeiting, consumer law, commercial law, transport, insurance).
• Monitor legal and jurisprudential developments impacting Vestiaire Collective (AI Act, DSAs, consumer laws).
• Draft and negotiate contracts (NDAs; services agreements, SaaS, partnerships, influencers).
• Manage and monitor trademarks and domain names.
• Manage terms and conditions (C2C, B2C, VIP, Games & Offers).
• Follow up pre-litigations and litigations.
• Assist with administrative tasks in the Legal Department.

6-month full-time internship, starting in July 2026, based in Paris. The trainee will be integrated into the Legal Department of Vestiaire Collective SA, which manages the activities of all its subsidiaries around the world.

What you’ll do

• Perform legal research and analysis on various issues (intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting, consumer law, commercial law, transport, insurance, etc.).
• Monitor legal and jurisprudential developments that may impact the activity of Vestiaire Collective (AI Act, Digital Services Act, consumer laws, etc.).
• Draft and negotiate contracts of all kinds (NDAs; services agreements, SaaS, commercial contracts (partnerships, influencers, freelancers), rights assignments, etc.).
• Manage and monitor trademarks and domain names.
• Manage different sets of terms and conditions (C2C, B2C, VIP, Games & Offers).
• Ensure follow-up of pre-litigations and litigations.
• Assist with various administrative tasks of the Legal Department.

Who you are

• You are a postgraduate student in IP/IT, Business Law or International Law (Master 2 and/or DJCE) and you are currently an “EFB” or “HEDAC” student.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Mastery of the Pack Office and legal databases.
• First experience in a company or law firm is desirable.
• Ability to deliver effective work, meet deadlines and manage complex projects in an international fast-paced environment.
• You are adaptable, dynamic, rigorous, analytical, autonomous and have excellent interpersonal skills. You are also able to exercise discretion.
• Internship agreement required.
