Pernod Ricard España SA is seeking a Legal Intern for Africa & Middle East, starting January 2027. You will support the AME team within Pernod Ricard S.A.'s Legal Department to assist lawyers with daily tasks, contract drafting, governance, and compliance across regional markets.

We value solid business/international law training, a Master II or equivalent, and at least 6 months in a corporate or international law setting.

Qualifications

• Master II or trainee lawyer with solid legal training in business/international law.
• At least 6 months' experience in legal departments or international law firms.
• Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in another language is a plus.
• Good writing skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in negotiation, drafting and monitoring of contracts with Group and third parties across AME markets.
• Follow-up and record contracts and amendments in Group databases.
• Assist with contract management: letters of formal notice/termination and renewal amendments.
• Help manage governance and corporate law topics for subsidiaries in the region.
• Support internal Group policies, especially compliance (anti-corruption, competition).
• Monitor pre-litigation and litigation in the region; conduct legal research.
