Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a Global Legal Manager to support deployment of legal standards across countries and functions, ensuring practical guidance aligned with local realities. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Law, Corporate Law, Banking & Finance Law, Financial Regulation or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in international or regulated environments.
• Strong experience in corporate and securities law with exposure to payment services, financing or treasury matters.
• Team player with cross-border project experience and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in English and French with excellent communication skills.
• Innovative, digitally minded, with interest in legal tech and AI.
• Practical, business-oriented mindset with ability to propose pragmatic solutions.
• High standards of integrity, ethics and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance and securities matters across Pluxee N.V. and the Group, including governance policies and annual reporting.
• Provide legal guidance on payment services, treasury, financing, and related regulatory matters.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating strategic corporate and capital markets transactions.
• Coordinate with Group Legal, country teams, external counsel, and key business stakeholders.
