Pluxee is seeking a Lead UI Designer to define and scale our global Design System. You will lead a team of UI Designers, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure consistent, accessible, and visually compelling experiences across platforms.

You will translate Pluxee brand identity into scalable UI components, document design rules, and guide cross-functional squads toward a unified user experience. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UI, visual, or product design roles with experience in scaling design systems.
• Proven leadership of design teams or design system initiatives within global or matrixed environments.
• Fluency in English; ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, governance, and evolution of the Design System across squads and countries.
• Translate brand into UI components, typography, color, and interaction guidelines; ensure accessibility and visual excellence.
• Lead and mentor UI Designers; collaborate with engineers to align UI design and front-end output; participate in Agile rituals.
• Define interaction principles and micro-interactions; deliver production-ready assets for desktop and mobile.
• Drive design quality, documentation (Zeroheight, Figma libraries, Storybook), and adoption metrics.
