BoostHire LLC in Paris is seeking a Head of UI/UX to define the visual language across all mobile titles and lead a small design team.

This leadership role blends system thinking with hands-on craft, requiring a strong portfolio and collaboration with product and development. You will build scalable design systems, mentor designers, and ensure accessibility and consistency across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in UX/UI design with leadership experience.
• Strong mobile-first product or game UI/UX portfolio.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC, and Unity UI systems.
• Solid understanding of interaction design and visual hierarchy.
• Experience collaborating with developers and designers.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the overall UI/UX vision across games.
• Lead and mentor a design team; ensure high‑quality output.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and developers to implement ideas.
• Build player flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final assets.
• Establish design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
• Conduct user testing and UX research; ensure accessibility and consistency.
• Advocate for players, balancing usability with creativity.
