Pluxee International is seeking a Lead UI Designer to define, evolve, and scale the global Design System across all digital touchpoints. You will lead a team of UI Designers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence aligned with Pluxee's brand.

You will set design governance, document components in Storybook/Zeroheight, and mentor designers to deliver pixel-perfect assets for desktop and mobile platforms while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UI, visual or product design with scaling design systems.
• Proven leadership of design teams or design-system initiatives in global or matrix environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages helpful.

Responsabilités

• Lead governance and evolution of the Pluxee Design System with reusable UI components.
• Translate brand into UI across web and mobile, ensuring accessibility.
• Mentor UI Designers and partner with Product and Engineering to align design and development.
• Drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams.
