Sanofi is seeking a Senior Distinguished Scientist to lead the Transgenic Model & Technology function globally within Translational In Vivo Models (TIM). You will drive genome engineering innovations and oversee in vivo model development across therapeutic areas, shaping preclinical research strategy.

The role requires leadership experience, PhD-level expertise in molecular genetics, and a strong track record in transgenic science, with collaboration across sites and international partnerships.

Qualifications

• Extensive post-doctoral or industry experience in mouse molecular genetics and transgenic animal model development.
• Demonstrated track record of scientific leadership in an academic or pharmaceutical/biotech research environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead genome engineering and CRISPR-based strategies for in vivo model development.
• Identify and implement new technologies in transgenesis and genome engineering platforms.
• Champion AI and digital integration for model design and data analysis.
