Mistral is seeking a Labour Legal Counsel to join our Corporate Legal team. You will harmonize labour practices worldwide, leveraging 4–6 years of strong French labour law experience to support HR and global operations.

The role focuses on practical advice, contract drafting, and cross-border mobility, ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions in a rapidly growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in French Labour Law (or equivalent).
• 4–6 years of experience with strong French labour law background.
• Experience in multinational environments and cross-border issues.

Responsabilités

• Provide practical legal advice on individual and collective employment matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts aligned with French law and global policies.
• Advise on collective representation, including CSE and employee bodies.
• Collaborate with HR and local counsels to ensure cross-border compliance and mobility.
