Mistral.ai is seeking a Labour Legal Counsel to join its Corporate Legal team. The role focuses on harmonizing labour practices across the company’s global footprint, with emphasis on French labour law and cross-border issues.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in a multinational setting and a Master’s in French Labour Law. You will liaise with HR and local counsels worldwide to ensure compliant solutions, handling contracts, collective representation, and international mobility

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in labour law, including multinational exposure.
• Strong background in French labour law and collective agreements.
• International/跨 jurisdictional exposure is advantageous (US/UK).

Responsabilités

• Provide practical labour law advice on individual and collective employee relations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts and related agreements.
• Advise on CSE and employee representation matters.
• Collaborate with HR and local counsels to ensure compliant cross-border mobility and secondments.
