Airbnb is hiring a Manager, Key Accounts for Airbnb Hotels to build and lead a brand‑new, globally distributed Enterprise Account team. You will win and onboard high‑value hotel groups with hundreds of hotels across multiple continents.

The role requires a proven track record in leading distributed sales teams, strong relationships in hospitality, and expert negotiation. You’ll define mutual account plans, drive supply and revenue, and own the global Key Accounts strategy.

Formación

• 12+ years of professional experience in sales or account management in travel, hospitality or ecommerce.
• 8+ years leading high-performing teams and delivering goals.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams and driving supply/revenue in international markets.
• Established relationships with major hotel groups across the global hospitality landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of building teams, playbooks and processes.
• Proven ability to negotiate with high-value partners.
• Fluency in English; willingness to travel globally up to 60%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end partner management at hotel headquarter and regional levels.
• Develop mutual account plans to drive supply and strategic value.
• Define and execute the global Key Accounts strategy.
• Exceed quarterly business KPIs and drive partner satisfaction.
• Mentor and motivate a distributed team of Enterprise Account Managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Legal, FP&A, Product and regional teams.
