Quandela seeks a leadership role to head the foundational IT systems across the group, including identities, devices, networks, and core applications. You will ensure consistent service delivery, adapt governance to local needs, and drive secure, scalable infrastructure across subsidiaries.

You will deploy hardware and cloud-based solutions, manage cross-company software, and guide AI tool adoption while ensuring risk management and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft infrastructure management and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong network design and administration knowledge.
• Solid cybersecurity expertise and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to work in an international team (French & English).
• On-site presence at least 3 days/week with travel across sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team responsible for Quandela's foundational IT systems (identities, devices, network, apps).
• Ensure IT service delivery across HQ and subsidiaries while upholding group standards.
• Deploy and manage hardware, devices, domain services, and collaboration tools with security as a priority.
• Develop and maintain cross-company applications and AI adoption initiatives.
• Support IT operations for new subsidiaries, including onboarding and vendor coordination.
