You will drive DX, governance, and agile delivery, translating user needs into scalable platform services across AWS, Azure, Snowflake, and SAP BTP, while reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience leading platform teams and cross-functional squads.
• Translate user needs into platform features and backlogs.
• Knowledge of cloud providers and data platforms.
• Understanding of GDPR/security in cloud environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Platform team and manage hybrid engineers.
• Define vision and strategy for Cloud, Data, and SAP platforms.
• Own and prioritize platform backlog with agile ceremonies.
• Drive developer experience (DX) improvements with tooling and docs.
• Monitor KPIs and report to senior stakeholders.
