Job summary

Ipsen seeks a strategic leader to drive the GPEI Operations pillar, ensuring autonomous management of the deal and alliance processes and robust governance. You will craft KPIs, dashboards, and executive communications to support leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with EVPs/VPs across R&D, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal to advance strategic priorities and roadmaps, translating analyses into actionable options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences with strategy/BD experience.
• Experience in strategy consulting and healthcare environments.
• Understanding of drug development, regulatory, commercial and market access.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the GPEI Operations operating model with autonomy.
• Evolve and document deal/alliances processes including playbooks.
• Define KPIs and executive dashboards; monitor compliance.
• Drive strategic transformation projects across functions.
• Partner with EVPs/VPs to align strategic priorities and roadmaps.
• Communicate risk-based recommendations to leadership.
