Job summary

Rexel France is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic international IT programs across multiple countries. You will drive governance, partner relations, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives.

Based in a multinational IT & Digital environment, you will direct and oversee program roadmaps, onboarding of countries, and the development of scalable delivery frameworks while working with onshore/offshore teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in project/program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Fluent English (international exposure required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic international IT programs across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate country onboarding and stakeholder engagement.
• Build team efficiency and accountability across internal teams and external consultants.
• Coordinate with vendors, onshore/offshore teams, and country leadership to ensure delivery excellence.
