Job summary

Rexel Group seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead international IT transformation programs across multiple countries. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, budget, risks, and ensure alignment between business and IT objectives.

You will partner with country leaders, vendors, and internal teams to deliver complex initiatives, providing clear governance, reporting, and operational excellence in a multicultural, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in project/program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge business teams constructively and drive alignment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate operational needs into structured execution plans.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity.
• Good understanding of IT environments, including applications, infrastructure, integration, and cybersecurity considerations.
• Fluent English (international exposure required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and steer the strategic roadmap for transformation initiatives across countries.
• Orchestrate country onboarding and stakeholder engagement with governance meetings.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants, ensuring clear roles and accountability.
