Rexel France is seeking an experienced IT Security Lead based in Paris to coordinate and oversee the Group IT security program. You will manage security solutions, policy, and training to protect assets across HQ and Shared Services.

The role reports to the CISO and requires collaboration with Infrastructure, Application teams, and business units to drive security improvements and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, ISO, and NIST standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in ICT, including security.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISSP-ISSMP are desired.
• English — fluent (required).

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of enterprise security solutions and third-party security analysts.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of assets.
• Maintain enterprise security stance through policy, architecture and training.
• Coordinate ISMS implementation and PCI DSS compliance for HQ.
• Manage security alerts, vulnerability management, and KPI reporting.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication on security issues.
