Rexel is seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic international IT programs across multiple countries. You will manage partner relations countrywise and ensure delivery aligns with business goals, IT objectives, and governance standards.

You will report to the Group Delivery Manager and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and internal functions in a multicultural environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Strong project/program management knowledge and governance experience.
• Experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to challenge business teams constructively.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate operational needs into structured execution plans.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing complexity.
• Good understanding of IT environments, including applications, infrastructure, integration, and cybersecurity considerations.
• Fluent English (international exposure)

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive the strategic roadmap and transformation initiatives across countries.
• Ensure end-to-end program delivery (scope, planning, budget, risks, quality, value realization).
• Validate SOWs, monitor KPIs, and ensure milestone achievement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore, business, digital, data, infrastructure).
• Prepare and present steering committee and executive-level reporting.
• Foster onboarding frameworks and manage local constraints, risks, and governance.
• Foster strong relationships with country leadership and stakeholders.
