Rexel seeks a Sustainability Program Manager to support Rexel Foundation initiatives across the group. The role involves coordinating actions, developing plans, and engaging with internal teams and international partners to advance sustainability projects.

The successful candidate will drive training, communications and events, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact while reporting to the ESG group director. Excellent English skills are required, French a plus.

Qualificações

• ,+10 years of experience in sustainability, corporate communication, program management or related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proactive and hands-on, with ability to move topics forward and ensure follow-up.
• Strong presenter with experience communicating to diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English; French preferred.
• Experience in international stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the implementation and follow-up of actions defined by the Rexel Foundation Board.
• Build and maintain action plans, timelines and follow-up tools to ensure the smooth delivery of initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, countries and external associations and partners.
• Ensure rigorous administrative and operational follow-up of Foundation activities.
• Monitor progress, identify potential issues and ensure that actions are delivered on time.
