Rexel is hiring a Program Manager for its IT & Digital team to lead international transformation initiatives across multiple countries, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams, vendors, and stakeholders. You will govern complex programs, align business and IT priorities, and ensure successful delivery through a structured governance model.

Formación

• Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of professional experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Extensive experience in project/program management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with international exposure.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and steer the strategic roadmap for transformation initiatives aligned with Group strategy.
• Ensure end-to-end program delivery: scope, planning, budget, risks, quality, value realization.
• Validate partner commitments (SOW) and monitor KPIs for milestone achievement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore, business, digital, data, infrastructure).
• Prepare and present steering committee and executive-level reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and operating model.
• Onboard countries and engage stakeholders; structure onboarding frameworks for scalability.
• Foster strong governance and ensure alignment between vendors, internal teams, and country stakeholders.
