Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Bac+5).

• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and modelling frameworks (TOGAF, Archimate, UML).
• Ability to translate business use cases into application solutions.
• Experience in architecture specifications, TCO, RFPs, and interface definitions.
• Knowledge of data modelling and data distribution across applications.

CONTEXT

As a Global IS Domain Architect – Corporate you will report to the Group Enterprise Architect, and functionnaly to the Group Employee Experience VT CIO and Group Finance, Sales and Purchase VT CIO.

Your main missions will be:

• Lead enterprise & solution architecture of Corporate domain (incl. definition of required capabilities and possible building blocks), operationalize required processes with a project and domain team, coherency with other IS/IT projects, standards, policies and key required indicators (incl. cost structure).
• Directly ensure the solution architecture expertise for the Corporate Domain for major projects.
• Represent the Enterprise Architecture team, working in close cooperation with the Technical teams that chooses softwares, guarantee availability and performance of applications and with Design Authority contributing to its activities and studies with other Domain Value Towers, practices and operations.

Activities

STRATEGIC ACTIVITIES:

• Contributes to define the IT domain’s roadmap, aligning with global OPmobility enterprise architecture and supporting business needs (in collaboration with Domain VT management).
• Is responsible for the definition and documentation of his/her domain capabilities and associated software
• Acts as Domain Architecture Owner in close cooperation with IS Product Specialists/ Application owners and Innovation & Technology office team to analyze IS optimization opportunities
• Foster Corporate team on architecture knowledge management activities and overall architecture studies (strategic plan, project & run optimization) to ensure compliance, cost & SLA optimization.

OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES:

• Defines solutions architecture for main projects (ensuring complete architecture study, its quality and consistency with global principles and standards, possible RFP, cost, planning contributions).
• Ensures coherent projects conceptual data modelling with data & IS teams in collaboration with Data Office and in alignment with global enterprise architecture.
• Leads interfaces specifications (incl API definitions) in alignment with global architecture principles and policies (incl. common data model, global data distribution modelling, integration technology standards)
• Provides inputs & requirements for solutions technical architecture definition/ software choices by ITO and ensures coherence with infrastructure, as well as operations standards and policies
• Acts as Domain Architecture Owner in close cooperation with IS Product Specialist / Application owners and Innovation & Technology Office team to identify optimization opportunities in projects.

FOUNDATIONALACTIVITIES:

• Ensures architecture documentationfor Corporate Domain in collaboration with IS Product Specialists/ application owners and data team: capabilities, IT/IS asset documentation (e.g. applicative cartography and flows) and global data model with data distribution over applications in collaboration with Data Office
• Participates in definition and proposes architecture guidelines, framework, policies, and standards to Design Authority and specifically for Supply Chain Domain (i.e. data retention policy)
• Communicates and enforces architecture policies, rules, and standards in projects (i.e. data retention policy)

Profile :

• At least a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Possibly a degree in Finance domain but with significant IT experience
• 10+ years of strong experience as Solution and/or Enterprise Architect, with significant experience in Corporate function domain projects : Enterprise Performance Management, Sales planning, treasury management, single payroll over all countries, workforce administration, competencies, new employee platform and even further migration for finance toward S4HANA in a convergent mode
• Strong Knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts & modelling frameworks (eg: TOGAF, Archimate, UML, ..)
• Ability to turn business use cases and requirements into application solutions
• Experience in solution architecture specifications, pro/cons scenarios definition/consolidation incl. TCO, RFP specification & management & detailed interfaces impact & specifications
• Experience in capabilities definition & validation with business representatives in relation with business process models
• Good knowledge of integration architecture drivers and ability to recommend/challenge integration protocols (EDI, files transfers, APIs, payments)
• Knowledge of conceptual & logical Data modelling (eg: UML) for the collaboration with Data Office and API definitions
• Understanding of database technologies, SAP & SuccessFactors (strong understanding), SaaS/IaaS, architectures.
• Understanding of technical architecture drivers (required SLA, RTO, RPO, hosting)
• Project Management and strategic planning skills in order to assist the domain and project managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to synthetize issues and simplify presentations in order to adapt to different audiences in a pedagogical way
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ability to prioritize and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to challenge the customer on an IT solution
• Able to work with multicultural teams.
• Proficient in English , another language is a plus.
