Nemera, a global leader in drug delivery systems, is seeking an Internal Communication Coordinator to support our international team from our Lyon HQ. You will execute the internal communication strategy, engage employees, and work with HR, site leadership, and global stakeholders to align culture and priorities.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in internal communication, corporate communication, or employee engagement within an international environment.
• Strong editorial skills with ability to translate priorities into clear content.
• Strong project management to coordinate multiple initiatives and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support the deployment of the global internal communication strategy across sites.
• Coordinate the internal editorial calendar for regular, relevant communication.
• Draft, edit, format, and coordinate internal communication content and assets.
• Update and coordinate internal channels and digital platforms for content consistency.
• Coordinate local communication ambassadors and provide guidelines and templates.
• Prepare materials for leaders and managers to cascade priorities.
• Contribute to campaigns that strengthen engagement and pride in belonging.
• Support plans for transformation, culture, and key employee programs.
• Plan and coordinate internal events to foster collaboration and culture.
• Track feedback, channel performance, and engagement indicators to identify improvements.
