Nemera, headquartered in Lyon Gerland, is seeking a Market Intelligence & Product Strategy Manager M/F/X to support the growth and competitiveness of our Parenteral and ICO Business Unit. Acting as the BU's strategic insight engine, you will transform market intelligence into actionable recommendations for portfolio decisions, platform evolution, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in strategy/marketing/consulting in pharma or medical devices.
• Strong market assessment, portfolio strategy, and business case skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with market data tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions; proactive and autonomous.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

• Monitor market trends, patient data, pipelines, and competitive signals.
• Translate external signals into strategic recommendations for BU.
• Develop market intelligence dashboards and reporting routines.
• Lead market sizing, competitive assessments, and opportunity mapping.
• Support pricing analyses, forecasting, and portfolio governance.
• Drive strategic projects and platform roadmap inputs.
