Cooper Consumer Health, located in Paris, is looking for a motivated intern to join the Global Business Development team as part of the Global Innovation Team. This role will help drive growth by supporting the development of new product solutions.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in Business Development within the Consumer Healthcare sector, be organized, and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other European languages is a benefit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Business Development or Procurement in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG preferred.
• Experience in international multi-market environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Help define frameworks for archiving BD partners.
• Support BD team scouting for new products and improvements.
• Scout new BD partners and technologies.
• Identify existing product solutions from BD database.
• Assist in preparation for Ideation Workshops.

Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Global Business Development team as part of the Global Innovation Team, which also includes R&D teams.

This role helps drive company growth by supporting innovation and delivering new product solutions through external licensing of new product technologies, building a strong innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Help to define frameworks for proper archiving of existing and new BD partners
• Support the BD team in scouting activities for new products or product improvements in close collaboration with the cross‑functional teams
• Scout potential new BD partners (incl. New technologies) within and outside Europe (incl. Idea scouting in Asia / Middle East & US)
• Help to identify existing product solutions for new project briefings available in the BD database.
• Assist the Innovation team in preparation and execution of Ideation Workshops

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in Business Development / Procurement with sourcing in Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Experience in international / multi‑market environments (Europe preferred)
• Student in Business School or equivalent (Master’s level preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and ability to synthesize information
• Organized, and a strong team player, eager to thrive in an international environment
• Fluent in English (mandatory); any other European language is a plus
