Job summary

CCH is seeking an innovation project manager to design and deliver innovations for key brands in the global and local portfolio. You will co-build the innovation pipeline with the marketing manager, moving concepts from brainstorming to go-to-market with clear profitability objectives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, lead Stage-Gate meetings, and ensure timely delivery across countries while managing risks and presenting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in marketing; preferably in innovation project management.
• Experience in consumer health care, FMCG industries preferred.
• Scientific & Regulatory knowledge of supplements, cosmetics, devices a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must with confident presentation.

Responsibilities

• Co-build with marketing manager the innovation pipeline from brainstorming to Marketing concept with clear objectives, including consumer needs, formula and packaging for all brands.
• Manage product development from idea to go-to-market fitting profitability objectives.
• Own, define and monitor project retroplanning with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders deliverables for on-time delivery (R&D, BD, regulatory, supply, quality, legal), incorporating country needs.
• Manage risks and project issues and devise mitigation plans.
• Build financial potential of projects through countries coordination.
• Lead the Stagegate process and meetings in front of leadership team.
• Ensure innovation tracking and follow-up with all countries across the full stage gates process.
• Deliver master design and master texts of new products for local artworks.
• Co-build and co-present launch toolkit with all needed information for country deployment at local level.

Key Responsibilities:

Project management from idea to launch:

• Co-build with marketing manager the innovation pipeline from brainstorming to Marketing concept with clear objectives, Marketing concept focused on consumer needs, formula and packaging for all brands in your portfolio

• Once concept approved by consumers and leadership team; manage the product development from idea to go to market fitting profitability objectives

• Own, define and monitor project’s retroplanning with all internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate all cross functional teams and external stakeholders deliverables for on time delivery of the project (R&D, BD, regulatory, supply, quality, legal), incorporating key markets needs

• Manage risks and project issues and come up with mitigation plans

• Build financials potential of your projects through countries coordination

• Lead the Stagegate process and meetings in front of leadership team

• Ensure innovation tracking and follow-up with all countries across the full stage gates process
