Job summary

Opella is seeking a Global Innovation Manager in France, Neuilly-sur-Seine, to drive front-end product innovation and oversee the global innovation portfolio across brands and markets.

You will collaborate with Global Brand Innovation Leads and cross-functional teams to turn insights into concepts, coordinate market research, and advance projects from ideation to development within a Challenger Mindset culture.

Qualifications

• Business/Marketing degree; Master’s preferred.
• 4–5 years in brand building or product innovation.
• Experience in Brand Management in FMCG/OTC with matrix structure.
• English fluency; French not required.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Self-driven with a results-oriented, hands-on approach.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Clear, structured English communication.
• Ability to develop networks quickly.
