CEVA Logistics is seeking a motivated HSE data specialist to support the Global HSE function in Courbevoie, Île-de-France. The role emphasizes reporting accuracy, project monitoring, and effective internal communications across the network.

You will work with data and Excel, help deploy training, and participate in the Intelex incident system, contributing to data quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with an HSE focus.
• No prior professional experience required or internship in data or HSE environment.
• Desirable: previous experience in HSE.
• Excellent communication in English and French.
• Proficient with data and databases; strong Excel skills; ability to tell clear stories with data.

Responsabilités

• Support the production of global HSE reporting with data accuracy and timely insights.
• Develop and promote HSE communications across the network (awareness content, posts).
• Assist deployment and monitoring of the HSE management system (training curricula, documents).
• Provide first-level support for the Intelex system; ensure timely ticket resolution and data quality.
• Help monitor project progress, milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist wider HSE initiatives and environmental benchmarks.
