LVMH Beauty Tech, the IT/IS arm for the Beauty Division, seeks a senior HRIS leader to drive the global CoreHR program and optimize the HRIS ecosystem across multiple Maisons. You will coordinate with HR business process owners, IT stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable, future‑proof HRIS solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HRIS project management or consulting experience in large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to lead multi-domain HRIS programs across international environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and change-management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program, interfaced with SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleDoc.
• Define scalable HRIS Core Model and coordinate between HR process owners, HR teams and IT.
• Manage HR IT roadmap, govern projects, and ensure timely delivery and budget control.
• Oversee Data Quality, risk management and post go-live support.
