LVMH Beauty Tech seeks a seasoned HRIS Program Lead to drive the Hire to Retire domain across the Beauty Division. You will own the CoreHR program, align HR needs with IT strategy, and coordinate multi-brand HRIS implementations (SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, ServiceNow) globally.

With 15+ years in HRIS project management or consulting, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage the HR IT roadmap, ensure governance, and deliver scalable, future-proof solutions within Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in HRIS project management or consulting.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, and HRIS integrations.
Ability to lead complex, multi-brand international programs.
Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

Own and drive the Beauty Worldwide CoreHR program aligning HR needs with IT strategy.
Define scalable HRIS Core Model aligned with LVMH Core HR ecosystem.
Coordinate HRIS process owners, HR teams, and IT stakeholders.
Manage HR IT Roadmap & Strategic portfolio for Maisons and Beauty Division.
Budget portfolio management.
