Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of French law & HR policy, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention and exit.

• Oversee daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt responses.
• Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and maintain employee handbooks.
• Prepare and process payroll for employees in France.
