Job summary

Danone invites applications for an Internship in Global HR I&D and Well-being at the Paris headquarters, starting January 2027. You will help drive Inclusion & Diversity and Well-being initiatives, supporting local HR communities and the global program.

The role requires a Master’s student with strong project management, communication, and analytics skills; English fluency is essential, French a plus. Up to 2 days remote, 1,300–1,500 EUR gross/month.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in university, business school, or engineering school.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Creative, agile, proactive mindset with a passion for learning.
• Interpersonal, networking, and influencing skills in a multicultural environment.
• Collaborative, open-minded, and able to understand diverse perspectives.
• Analytical, data-driven, and digitally savvy; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the I&D roadmap and develop/implement I&D initiatives.
• Animate and support local HR communities and Champions; engage the network worldwide.
• Animate and support I&D communication campaigns and events.
• Support the organization of I&D events and activations.
• Contribute to the Global Well-being Program across Nutrition, Mental Wellness, and Physical Well-being.
• Support Well-being initiatives design and implementation; assist with communications plan.
