Job summary

Danone is offering an internship at its Paris headquarters starting January 2027 for six months. You will assist in inclusion and diversity initiatives, support HR communities, and help drive well-being programs while engaging in global communications.

The role includes up to two days of remote work and exposure to a multinational environment. Ideal candidates are Master’s students with strong PM skills, autonomous work style, and fluency in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in university, business school, or engineering school.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the I&D roadmap and initiatives.
• Support local HR communities and Champions, animating and supporting the network worldwide.
• Assist the I&D communication campaigns and events.
• Support the organization of I&D events and activations.
• Contribute to the Global Well-being program initiatives and communications.
