ADP seeks an experienced HR Program Manager to own end-to-end HR deployments across multiple countries, including Core HR, Talent, Benefits, and Payroll readiness for Autopay. You will lead governance, cadence, and cross‑country execution with regional project managers and design leads.

You will drive integrated planning, mitigate cross-workstream risks, and ensure design integrity from Global Blueprints to end-to-end solution delivery in a complex HR landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years program/project management experience in HR technology, HCM implementations, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing multi-country HR deployments across Core HR, Talent, Benefits, and/or Recruitment.
• Experience deploying or supporting HR-embedded payroll systems such as Autopay.

Responsabilités

• Own the HR domain rollout plan and delivery outcomes across all countries (scope, milestones, sequencing, and HR go-live readiness).
• Drive convergence of HR processes, data, testing, training, change, and Autopay dependencies for stable go-lives.
• Run HR-specific program cadence, RAID, governance, and domain reporting.
• Coordinate with Country PMs, HR/Payroll teams, and solution designers to ensure alignment.
• Lead HR domain cutover planning, hypercare, and handover with runbooks and documentation.
