Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a strategic leader to manage the portfolio of technology products and services for hotels worldwide. You will bridge technology, business operations, procurement, finance, regions, and brands to ensure successful deployment and evolution of technology foundations.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on governance, data‑driven decisions, and strong stakeholder management across a global hospitality platform.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of experience in portfolio management, strategy, consulting, technology management, or digital transformation.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, franchise, or multi-site environments preferred.
• Fluent in French and English; ability to operate across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Define catalog structure, scope and governance for hotel tech standards.
• Ensure alignment between technology offerings and business objectives.
• Assess portfolio relevance against hotel needs and market trends.
• Maintain coherence across core hotel systems, digital services, and third‑party solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end lifecycle of IT standards: creation, review, validation, publication.
• Coordinate with Product teams, Security, Operations, and Regions during standards updates.
