Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a strategic Delivery Manager to implement brand-aligned tech roadmaps across a portfolio of hotels. You will manage projects, coordinate with owners and GMs, and ensure a homogeneous technology environment.

Travel internationally is required; strong stakeholder management is essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tech service delivery, hospitality industry experience, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in computer sciences or Hospitality Management.
5+ years experience in Tech – Support Management or Service Delivery Management.
Experience in tourism or hospitality industry.
In-depth expertise on project management and customer relations.
Strong communication & negotiation skills, organizational & project management skills.
Ideally in-depth knowledge of hotel IT environment: infrastructure, cloud, Windows etc.
Financial and Analytical skills.
Highly proficient in written and verbal English and French.
International culture, travel availability.

Responsabilités

Define and implement the strategy aligned with each brand/region within hotels.
Define and manage projects roadmap & rollout for hotels within scope.
Follow-up of projects, rollouts, and openings for hotels within scope.
Relationship management with hotel owners and GMs.
Represent Accor and negotiate with partners to standardize tech and guest technology environment.
Visit hotels and conduct tech performance audits; report gaps and remediation plans.
Deliver a Sales and Delivery plan for portfolio aligned with global roadmap & local needs.
Deliver service reports and measure quality of services for fees paid.
