Akuo Group is seeking a Head of Procurement to define and govern group-wide procurement, contracting and supply chain strategy across Europe and the Americas for solar, wind and storage projects.

You will lead an international team, shaping spend visibility, governance, and supplier partnerships to ensure competitive and resilient procurement across the full project lifecycle from development to operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in procurement, contracting or commercial roles in renewable energy or EPC environments.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, EPC contracting and high-value negotiations with Tier-1 OEMs and contractors.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project finance.
• Demonstrated leadership in international and matrix organizations, including team management.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement group-wide procurement strategy across Europe and the Americas.
• Lead global sourcing and tendering processes and negotiate robust contracts (equipment supply, EPC/EPCM, multi-contracting, O&M, LTSA).
• Build and develop a high-performing international procurement team.
• Act as strategic partner to Engineering, Development, Construction, Finance, Legal and Operations.
