Akuo Energy SAS is seeking a Head of Procurement to define and steer group-wide procurement, contracting and supply chain strategy across Europe and the Americas for solar, wind and energy storage projects. This senior role has a direct impact on project competitiveness and value creation.

The position requires leading an international team, optimizing spend and governance, and delivering robust procurement solutions across the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement, contracting or commercial roles within renewable energy or EPC environments.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing, EPC contracting and high-value negotiations with Tier-1 OEMs and contractors.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle and project finance, including lenders' expectations.
• Demonstrated leadership in international and matrix organizations, with team management experience.
• Fluent English and French required.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement a group-wide procurement and supply-chain strategy aligned with business priorities and investment objectives.
• Provide a consolidated global view of procurement spend and contractual exposure to support strategic decisions.
• Lead prioritization of project needs and allocation of Procurement, Contracting and Supply Chain resources across regions and projects.
• Establish governance, processes and standards ensuring consistency, scalability and efficiency across geographies.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing international team and strategic supplier partnerships.
