Commercial & Procurement Lead – Renewable Projects

Job summary

CGN Europe Energy seeks a Commercial & Procurement Manager to independently drive commercial and procurement workstreams across renewable energy projects. The role includes contract administration, evaluations, negotiations and ensuring compliance, cost control and timely delivery.

Based at the Paris – La Défense office, you will report to the Team Leader of the Contract Commercial Team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise procurement outcomes and project success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Procurement or a related discipline.
• Two to five years of procurement, contract management or commercial administration experience.
• Professional proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1).
• Experience managing procurement workstreams and supplier negotiations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract execution activities across projects.
• Lead procurement processes, RFPs, bid evaluation and supplier engagement.
• Perform commercial evaluations, cost analyses and risk assessments.
• Monitor contract risks, variations and change management.
• Coordinate with technical, finance and legal teams to align activities.
