Quadient is seeking a visionary Head of Development to guide multiple engineering teams delivering secure, scalable e-Invoicing solutions. You will shape technical strategy, empower leaders, and align delivery with product objectives across international markets.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, and executive leadership to accelerate innovation and build high-performing teams, driving delivery excellence and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading software engineering or R&D in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven success managing multiple engineering teams through engineering managers.
• Strong background in software development, product delivery, and Agile practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management with Product, Architecture, and executive leadership.
