Taleez in Toulouse is seeking a Strategy & Partnership Director to support the CEO in fundraising, international expansion, business development, and strategic partnerships, creating long-term value for shareholders and partners. As an executive partner to the CEO, you will co-develop vision and growth strategy with ExCom, identify new opportunities, and lead major initiatives across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial aerospace environment.
• Proven experience in strategy, international business development, and investor relations.
• Experience with startup/scale-up or investment funds would be a plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to defining and executing the company's growth strategy by supporting the CEO in fundraising, international expansion, business development, and strategic partnerships.
• Lead and coordinate major strategic initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment across the organization.
• Structure and negotiate strategic industrial and commercial partnerships and oversee international expansion projects.
• Own and continuously update the company's business plan in collaboration with CFO and leadership team.
• Identify and implement revenue acceleration opportunities and oversee IP strategy integration into product development.
